Returns and Refunds
30 DAY RETURNS
Changed your mind? You can return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unplayed and returned in their original packaging. Personalised items and final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
START A RETURN
Email returns@bogeyblokes.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send you the return instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING
Change of mind return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service because returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until delivered to us.
REFUNDS
Once the return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 7 business days to show the funds.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Email support@bogeyblokes.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
