30‑Day Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any items. These shipping costs are non‑refundable.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at our support email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on where to send your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Exceptions
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as personalised items or items marked as final sale.
